1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and m999d ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the m999d website, mobile interface, betting services, casino games, and all related features accessible via m999d.net.

By registering an account, logging in via the m999d Login page, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any m999d service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use m999d services.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the m999d Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other m999d policy document, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise expressly stated.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use an m999d account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• ◆ All information you provide during registration — including your full name, date of birth, address, and payment details — is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• ◆ You are registering for your own personal use and are not registering on behalf of any business, syndicate, or organisation.

m999d reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity (CNIC, passport, or equivalent) and proof of age at any point. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) m999d account only. Creating multiple accounts — for any reason, including but not limited to taking advantage of welcome bonuses, circumventing a self-exclusion, or accessing promotional offers multiple times — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your m999d Login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. m999d will treat any activity conducted through your login session as authorised by you, and will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.

• ◆ m999d recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security.
• ◆ You must keep your registered contact details, including your mobile number and email address, current and accurate at all times.
• ◆ m999d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close accounts where suspicious activity, identity discrepancies, or potential fraud is detected.
• ◆ Account closure requests may be submitted to m999d's support team. Any remaining balance at the time of closure, following all required checks, will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

m999d processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals on the m999d platform:

All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. m999d may request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation — including a copy of your CNIC and proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests received during business hours are typically processed within the timeframes listed above; however, m999d does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

• ◆ Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless m999d's compliance team has approved an alternative method in writing.
• ◆ m999d reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting source-of-funds documentation for large transactions.
• ◆ Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 7 for full bonus terms.
• ◆ m999d does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees; however, third-party fees imposed by your bank or payment service provider are beyond m999d's control and responsibility.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on m999d are governed by these Terms in conjunction with the specific rules applicable to each sport or betting market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable market rules displayed at the time of placing that bet.

• ◆ Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by m999d, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or withdrawn by the player under any circumstances, except where m999d has activated a cash-out option on that market.
• ◆ m999d reserves the right to void any bet placed on markets where an error in odds was caused by a technical malfunction, data feed error, or human error. Voided bets are refunded to the player's m999d wallet.
• ◆ In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time due to significant in-game events, official interruptions, or data feed issues. m999d will not accept liability for bets placed on suspended markets that were erroneously accepted due to technical error.
• ◆ For cricket betting markets — including PSL, international matches, and domestic tournaments — m999d uses official scorecards and results as provided by recognised cricket governing bodies. In the event of a dispute, the official result stands.
• ◆ Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed in the relevant betting interface and may be adjusted for specific players, events, or conditions at m999d's discretion.
• ◆ m999d does not accept liability for bets placed on events that are subsequently found to have been affected by match-fixing, corruption, or any other form of sporting integrity violation. Such bets may be voided following investigation.

6. Casino Games

m999d's casino section — accessible via m999d Casino — includes slots, live dealer games (roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker), keno, and other RNG-based games. All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-time physical dealing processes conducted by professionally trained dealers in certified studios.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

m999d offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions associated with each offer, as displayed on the relevant promotion page or communicated to the player at the time the bonus is granted. The following general bonus conditions apply to all m999d promotions unless otherwise stated:

• ◆ Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• ◆ Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount (and in some cases, the combined bonus + deposit amount) must be wagered before the bonus converts to real money and becomes withdrawable.
• ◆ Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or may not contribute at all. Specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.

• ◆ m999d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to a player's account in good faith.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the m999d platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and legal action where applicable:

• ◆ Using the m999d platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or money laundering purpose.
• ◆ Attempting to access, interfere with, or exploit any m999d system, database, or software — including but not limited to the use of bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any form of software that artificially interacts with the m999d platform.
• ◆ Colluding with other players, agents, or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or betting market.
• ◆ Placing bets on m999d as part of a strategy designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome ("arbitrage betting") using bonus funds or promotional credits.
• ◆ Operating multiple m999d accounts or allowing another person to use your m999d account.
• ◆ Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other m999d players, including harassment of support staff or other users via any platform channel.
• ◆ Exploiting any identified software bug, technical error, or pricing error on the m999d platform rather than reporting it to our support team.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the m999d platform — including but not limited to the m999d brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, user interface elements, software, game content, and data — is the intellectual property of m999d or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use m999d's digital content solely for personal, non-commercial, recreational purposes in connection with your m999d account. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, transmit, or exploit any m999d content in any form or by any means without our prior written consent.

10. Privacy & Data

m999d collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By using m999d, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in that policy. Key points include:

11. Responsible Gaming

• ◆ Any delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment service providers.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits m999d's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation — whether contractual or non-contractual — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which m999d holds its international gaming authorisation. m999d operates under international gaming regulations applicable to online betting and casino platforms.

Any dispute arising between you and m999d that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable dispute resolution body designated by m999d's licensing authority. Players retain any non-waivable statutory rights available to them under the laws of their country of residence.

14. Amendments

m999d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, m999d will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the m999d platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the m999d platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using m999d and contact our support team to close your account. m999d will process any remaining verified balance to your registered payment method following account closure.
